Piloxing uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a calorie blasting and muscle toning interval workout guaranteed to whip you into shape.  This is a 45 minute barefoot training class that is fun, yet challenging. While in this class, you will use a blend of power and speed with the agility of boxing coupled with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates all while doing fun dance moves that guarantee to make you sweat and feel good.
