REGISTRATION FEE

A non-refundable registration fee of $40 per student or $45 per family is required for the dance season (September–June). This fee, along with a completed registration form for each student, must be submitted in order to secure enrollment at Powerhouse Dance Center.

TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS

Monthly Tuition (Automatic Debit Required)

Tuition is collected automatically on the 15th of each month. Tuition for September and June is due at the time of registration. A valid credit or debit card must remain on file with Powerhouse Dance Center at all times.

• Tuition may be paid before the due date by cash, check, or credit/debit card.
• A 3% credit card processing fee will apply to credit/debit card transactions.
• Accounts not paid by the due date will incur a $25 late fee.
• Students with outstanding balances will not be permitted to attend classes until their account is brought current.
• Accounts must remain in good standing for students to continue participation in classes and studio activities.

RECITAL COSTUMES

All classes will participate in our annual June recital. Each student is required to purchase one costume per class. Costumes are ordered in January to ensure timely delivery for recital season.

• Costume
• Tights
• Accessories
• Garment Bag

Important Costume Payment Information:

• Costume fees are non-refundable.
• Costume balances must be paid in full by November 18, 2026.
• Costume pricing will be distributed by the first week of November.
• If costume fees are not paid by the deadline, the card on file will be automatically charged for the remaining balance.
• If the payment is declined, the costume will not be ordered and a $25 late fee will be added to the account.

Please note that costumes cannot be guaranteed if payments are not received by the stated deadline.
