REGISTRATION FEE

A non-refundable registration fee of $40 per student or $45 per family is required for the dance season (September–June). This fee must accompany a completed Registration Form for each student in order to secure enrollment at Powerhouse Dance Center.

TUITION

Tuition is paid through automatic monthly debit and will be collected on the 15th of each month. September and June tuition are due at the time of registration.

A valid credit or debit card must remain on file with Powerhouse Dance Center at all times. Tuition may be paid before the due date by cash, check, or credit card.

If tuition is not received by the due date:

• A $25 late fee will be added to the account.
• The student will not be permitted to attend class until the account is brought current.

Accounts must remain in good standing for students to continue participation in classes.

Please Note: A 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.

RECITAL COSTUMES

All classes will participate in our annual June Recital.

Each student will be required to purchase one costume per class. Costume fees include the costume, tights, accessories, and garment bag. Costume prices will be distributed by the first week of November.

To guarantee delivery, costumes must be ordered in January. Therefore, all costume fees must be paid in full by November 18, 2026.

Important Costume Payment Policy:

• Costume payments are non-refundable.
• If costume fees are not paid by November 18, 2026, the card on file will automatically be charged for the full balance.
• If the card is declined, the costume will not be ordered and a $25 late fee will be applied to the account.
• Students with unpaid costume balances may not be able to participate in the recital.
