TONE IT UP

 

         Looking for a class that will give your body the “lift” it needs? This high energy interval training class will use exercises that will help sculpt and tone your muscles. Weights are provided as well as mats. Sneakers must be worn during this class.

 

PILOXING CLASS

 

Piloxing uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a calorie blasting and  muscle toning interval workout guaranteed to whip you into shape.  This is a barefoot training 45 minute class that is fun yet challenging. While in this class you will use a blend of power, speed and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates along with fun dance moves that guarantee to make you sweat and feel good.
